ORIGIN26 LAW LABS is no way, directly or indirectly responsible for the advice and assistance provided by the Lawyers. We are independent third party enablers who have built a platform where the clients/Lawyers can communicate with other Lawyers. ORIGIN26 LAW LABS has no control over the Services provided by any Lawyer. ORIGIN26 LAW LABS will not be responsible in case of any issues/discrepancies with the Services provided by the Lawyer.
All of the materials and information on the Site are provided for informational purposes only, and may not necessarily reflect current legal developments or variances in the law of different jurisdictions. The materials and information on the Site do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the Lawyers of the Law Firms, their partners, clients or affiliates. The information in the Site is not guaranteed to be correct, complete or up to date. The mere receipt of an e-mail from or a “post” on the Site does not create a Lawyer-client relationship.
Origin26 Law Labs reserves the right, at any time, to charge fees for accessing whole or part of the Sites. If, at any time, you are required to pay fee for accessing any part of the Sites, you will be intimated about the same and you will be allowed to access such part of the Site only upon payment of a fee (“Subscription Fee”) for a particular period specified at the time of subscription (“Subscription Period”). The Subscription Fee is non-refundable and during the Subscription Period, you are not required to pay any other charge towards subscription, unless there is a change in applicable tax.
Subscription Fee can be paid in any of the modes listed on the Sites from time to time. Your payment of Subscription Fee does not guarantee your subscription. Origin26 Law Labs reserves the right to reject your request for subscription without assigning any reason. Under such circumstances, the Subscription Fee will be repaid without any interest.
Origin26 Law Labs reserves the right to revise the Subscription Fee from time to time. Origin26 Law Labs, at its sole discretion, may allow you to renew the subscription after the expiry of the Subscription Period, upon payment of Subscription Fee prevalent at the time of renewal.
You may be required to create an account as a part of the registration process to use the Sites. You will create a login credentials by choosing a password and providing an e-mail address or by linking another account, such as Google or FaceBook or instagram or other social media accounts. You will also be required to provide certain information, during the registration process. You warranty that such information provided by you during the registration process is true, accurate, current, authorized, and complete in all aspect. If there is any change in the information provided by you, you shall update the same.
Unless otherwise expressly allowed, each registration is for a single user only. You are not allowed to share your registration login credentials or give your login credentials to anyone else. We may cancel or suspend your access to the Sites, if you share your login credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You shall not use login credential of any other person without that person’s authorization. Failure to comply with the foregoing may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. You shall notify Origin26 Law Labs immediately, if you have noticed any breach or unauthorized use of your account.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Origin26 Law Labs reserves the right to disclose any information submitted or collected from you in connection with any governmental, administrative, regulatory or judicial proceeding or as may be required under any law or regulation applicable to Origin26 law Labs.
Where we have specifically invited or requested user submitted content of any kind, we encourage members of the invited individuals to submit such content (e.g., user generated content, postings to forums, comments on content, participation in communities) to Origin26 Law Labs that they have created for consideration in connection with the Sites and any related programs (“User Submissions”). User Submissions for its internal and external purpose including for marketing remain the intellectual property of the Origin26 Law Labs. By posting your content on the Sites, you expressly grant Origin26 Law Labs a exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up worldwide, fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, perform and display such content and your name, voice, and/or likeness as contained in your User Submission, in whole or in part, and in any form throughout the world in any media or technology, whether now known or hereafter discovered, including all promotion, advertising, marketing, merchandising, publicity and any other ancillary uses thereof, and including the unfettered right to sublicense such rights, in perpetuity throughout the world. We may refuse or remove User Submissions for any reason and without notice. You understand that you won’t have the right to approve how we use such contents submitted by you. All User Submissions are deemed non-confidential and Origin26 Law Labs shall be under no obligation to maintain the confidentiality of any information, in whatever form, contained in any User Submission.
By submitting any User Submissions, you consent to the following rules:
- User Submissions must not infringe on the copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property right of any third party.
- User submission shall not violate any applicable local, state and central laws and regulations while using the Site
- It must be an original work, and if it is not, the user must obtain all necessary permissions from any persons who contributed to or otherwise may control rights in all or part of the User Submission to submit the User Submission in accordance with these Terms.
- User Submissions must be respectful of others. Epithets or other language or material intended to intimidate or to incite violence are strictly prohibited. Your User Submission may not include any negative comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual orientation or physical handicap or that are defamatory, slanderous, indecent, obscene, pornographic or sexually explicit.
- Do not impersonate any other person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- The user shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems through the Web Site.
- The user shall not be a party in activities that may involve spidering, “screen scraping,” “database scraping,” logging-in or registering on the Site, harvesting of e-mail addresses, contact or personal information of Users or wireless addresses, or any other automatic means of registering, accessing or logging-in to the Websites or for any services or features provided on or through the sites, or obtaining or accessing other information or features provided on, from or through the Websites or the services offered on or through the Site, including and without limitation, any information residing on any server or database connected to the Website or any services offered on or through the Website
- The User shall not use the Website or the services provided on or through the Website in any way with the intent to interrupt, damage, disable, overburden, or impair the sites or such services, including, without limitation, sending mass unsolicited messages or “flooding” servers with requests.
- Remember that forums and other areas of the Sites are public. It is advised not to post personal information (e.g., full name, password, phone number, address, email address or other personally identifiable information or contact information) in these areas.
- Use the Websites or the services provided by the Websites in any way that may stand in conflict to laws in effect within the territory of India

All disputes involving but not limited to rights conferred, compensation, refunds, and other claims will be resolved through a two-step Alternate Dispute Resolution mechanism.
Stage 1: Mediation. In case of a dispute, the matter will first be attempted to be resolved by a sole mediator who is a neutral third party and will be selected at the mutual acceptance of a proposed mediator by both parties. Both parties may raise a name for the sole mediator and in the case both parties accept the proposed name, the said person shall be appointed as sole mediator. In case the parties are not able to reach a consensus within two proposed mediators, the Private Limited Company reserves the right to decide who the final mediator is. The decision of the mediator is not binding on both parties.
Stage 2: Arbitration. In case that mediation does not yield a result suitable or preferred by any one of the parties, arbitration may follow, the award of which is binding on both parties. The Arbitration Board shall comprise three members – one appointed by each party and the third member to be nominated by the two appointed members by mutual consent. Arbitration shall be held at Chennai, India. The proceedings of arbitration shall be in the English language. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding on the Parties.
If the dispute cannot be resolved by this two-step Alternate Dispute Resolution mechanism, it shall be referred to the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
